The bouquet was lovely. My family was very pleased. Lake Forest Floral Design fulfilled my request to include flowers and a bow of a specific color that was meaningful to the family. The customer service was great - I received a call when my family had not been there to pick up the flowers and they were closing in 1 hr! I was able to remind my family to pick up the flowers!!
