Sent my request around 12 noon and it was delivered same day by 6:00 p.m. The arrangement was beautiful. I texted the company and the woman was very helpful and receptive. I asked for images of the items [flowers, chocolates and teddy bear] and I got a response to every request. I am happy I chose this company which was local and close to the delivery site.

I would definitely use this company again for deliveries to family and friends who live near this floral shop. 5/5

Lake Forest Floral has been adorning my son’s gravesite for over 10 years. I live out of town so it gives me great peace to see the beautiful pics they send me with each delivery. They go above and beyond with service and beautiful arrangements. I was blessed to have found them. Thankful.

I ordered this late the night before and was still able to get next day delivery. I bought these for my girlfriend, and she was overjoyed when she came back from her lunch break and found this on her desk. She said they were absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t ask for more than that.

Also, this is the second time I’ve used them. The first time I called just after they opened in the hopes of getting an arrangement that morning. I live far away and was driving into the area to surprise my girlfriend. They put together a beautiful arrangement that morning and I was able to pick it up within two hours.

I love this florist and couldn’t be happier

Delivery was as requested. Recipient was surprised and happy with the flowers. The substitutions you had to make were great.

They always do a beautiful arrangement and are so kind to work with:) And were even able to do a same day delivery that I greatly appreciated! I positively and highly recommend using this florist shop!!!

Every time I buy flowers here, they do an amazing job. I give a few flowers I like and they do the rest. And I love supporting a local business!
